All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of fragrance products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or fragrance sensitivity.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us at sweetsmellingsacrifice@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Wrong Item Sent If we send the wrong item, size, or scent contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will correct our mistake by sending the correct item or issuing store credit at our discretion.
Non Returnable Items We cannot accept returns of opened or used products or items with broken seals or missing original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
